Hello, I am Raphaël Drouet, a real estate advisor within the Optimhome network, and I am also an Expert Appraiser accredited by the French Chamber of Real Estate Experts (CEIF). My job as an advisor is to assist you with all your real estate projects. I am based in Vienne (38), south of Lyon, but my area of operation extends across the entire Rhône-Alpes region and the city of Marseille, where I am originally from.

After more than 20 years of professional experience managing sites in the Transport and Logistics sectors, my desire for professional independence, my love for History, architecture, and real estate, along with a meaningful encounter, inspired me to make the leap and immerse myself in a new field. Accompanying my clients on a daily basis allows me to share this passion for real estate, which continues to grow stronger. For more than five years now, I have been assisting, listening to, advising, and informing my clients. And this is exactly what I intend to continue doing with you.

After many years of studies in my former career, I felt it was essential to be fully trained in order to meet the expectations and answer the questions of my clients and prospects. Regulations require us to undergo a minimum amount of formal training each year. I complete at least twice the required hours. This doesn't include all the informal training and daily benchmarking work I engage in. Furthermore, to better meet expectations, I have been following a course to become an Expert in Property Valuation (market value) with the French Chamber of Real Estate Experts for the past three years. All this knowledge and expertise serve one purpose: to better support you and ensure a high-quality service to all my clients.
